Cancellation

Please get in touch if you would like to cancel your order either by phone 07702252985 or by email sales@olivers.biz

Unfortunately if your order has been dispatched you will have to return the product, if it is no longer required. (please see how to return my product).

Custom orders can only be cancelled if manufacturing has not started.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund or replacement, please let us know. Notify us within 14 days of receipt by email to sales@olivers.biz or by phone on 07702252985.

All items should be returned within 28 days of receipt in a resalable condition. Personalised/made to order items may only be returned if found to be faulty or damaged. We would ask that you return item(s) in original packaging.

With the exception of faulty or goods damaged in transit we are not responsible for return postage.

Any refund due will be made to your original payment method, once we receive goods.
